Since 2009, the Day of the Endangered Lawyer has been held on 24 January around the world. The aim of this international day is to draw civil society and the public authorities’ attention to the situation of lawyers in a given country in order to raise awareness of the threats they face in practicing their profession.
On this year's Endangered Lawyers' Day, the focus lies on Colombia, where the persecution of lawyers, especially those dedicated to defending and protecting human rights, prevents them from freely practicing their profession.
The conference will be translated into French, English, Italian, and Spanish. Click here for more information and to register for the webinar.
